A. Application by the joint ventures and the cooperative enterprise

B. Feasible research reports and reply edited by the joint ventures and the cooperative enterprise

C. Contract and constitution of the joint venture signed by the members of rights and its authorized representatives from the joint venture enterprises and the cooperative enterprises

D. Delegates’ list of the chairman of the board, the vice chairman of the board and the members of the board designated by the joint venture/ the cooperative enterprises

E. Designation documents of the chairman of the board, the vice chairman of the board and the members of the board designated by the joint venture/ the cooperative enterprises
