Project Content and Scale:
¡¡To set up 160000 mu of medlar growth base,
to process 10000 tons of medlar dried by warming annually,
to yearly produce 400000 bottles of oral fluid of medlar
as health care of life, to keep 2000 tons of medlar fresh
in big batch, to set up a 10000 tons of medlar ferment
station, engaging in biologic pharmacy with medlar to
produce yearly 4200000 boxes of ¡°Shengming Hong¡±( vigorous
life) , a soft capsule of medlar.
Conditions Available for Project Construction:
¡¡The supply of raw material for the products
mentioned above is enough and excellent in quality. The
area for the project has a convenient communication, where
the water supply pipes anddrainpipes have all been finished
installing and the establishment of power supply is full.
Prospect for Project:
¡¡Medlar is a traditional Chinese medical
herb, famous and valuable. Through testing, beside its
protein, Ningxia medlar contains 8 rare elements and many
kinds of amino acid alkaloid that human body needs, medlar
amylose, ¦Â-carotene and other active biotic components.
Medlar amylose is widely used in medicine and healthcare
food sectors, which can be made into drinks, oral fluids,
soluble tablets kept in mouth and capsule products etc.
Medlar is also of anti-caducity, preventing from cancers
and curing cancers, a good basic raw material of developing
medical, biologic and health-care industries, which is
more and more needed year on year in market.
Estimated Investment and Profit :
¡¡The investment for the project totals 800 million
yuan and after full completion, more than 400 million yuan annual
income can be obtained from the 160000 mu of medlar growth
base;10000 tons of dry medlar can be processed, the production
value of which can reach to 200 million yuan with the total amount
of profit and tax to be 3 million yuan; within one year, 4 million bottles
of oral fluid of life can be made, realizing 100 million yuan,
of marketing income annually with the income of profit
and tax to 46 million yuan; 2000 tons of fresh medlar can be
processed yearly obtaining annual production value of
250 million yuan with the profit and tax of 59.4 million yuan; 290 million
yuan of annual production value can be gained from the
10000 ton medlar ferment station, obtaining 98 million yuan of
profit and tax; from the project of biotic pharmacy, 850m
yuan of production value can be reached yearly with 200 million
yuan of profit and tax obtained; 100 million yuan can be obtained
annually from the marketing of annually made 4200000 boxes
of soft capsules of Ningxia Hong, realizing the marketing
income of 100 million yuan annually with 65 million yuan of profit and
tax.
