By the end of 2006, the company had been available to annually make 90000 tons of a serial kind of paper pulp for everyday life at middle and high grade, to own a thermal power station at 12000 kw and to reclaim 150 tons of alkali as assistant establishment. |

The project is for the establishment of the integration of woods in sand and paper making so as to get 100000 tons of sand willow and to set up a product line to produce the paper for every day life made of pulp of Ningtiao, a shrub growing in sand. The project also includes workshop and other affiliate establishment construction, and equipment purchase. |

ĦĦThe discovery technology adapted in the project has never been found in China before, which has passed the appraisal of technical and scientific results at the provincial level of Ningxia and applied for the national patent right. In the area for the project, there is a great deal of land resource suitable for the growth of sand willow and Ningtiao and the construction conditions are good. |

As the project fills up the blank of the production of making everyday life paper with sand willow and Ningtiao, it is an exclusive IPR in China, which is of an obvious priority of the technology making pulp and paper by means of alkali method, i.e. by caustic + yana+enkun. As the project, making pulp and paper with shrub growing in sand is a leading aspect, based on planting sand willows for the prevention and treatment of sand, which con not only provide a raw material in high quality of making paper for paper making industry, but also can make use of sand willows reasonably to cultivate and renovate the resources of sand willows which have been cut down , as well as effectively recover the plantation of arid sand land for the prevention and control of sand, and so the market prospect is promising. |

The investment totals 540 million yuan and after the operation, 700 million yuan can be obtained annually from marketing income, the net profit totals 140 million yuan, the annual value added tax will be 58.17 million yuan, the marketing tax added to be 5.82 million yuan, the income tax be 24.59 million yuan, the amount of profit and tax will totals 230 million yuan and the investment profit and tax margin be 42.25%. |

ĦĦThe project has been ratified by Ningxia Development and Reform Commission, and been listed on the key project data base of Ningxia during the 11th Five Year Plan, which will be implemented by means of construction in different stages. So far, land requisition and the design of the general blueprint have been finished. |
